Terms & Conditions

• All items remain the customer’s responsibility once delivered. Please handle your goods with extreme care.
• Items must reach us within 10 days from the date of receipt. Returns received after this period may not be processed.
• To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition , intact, unworn, and undamaged.
• When trying on clothing, please avoid using excessive force and ensure you are not wearing perfume, deodorant, or any product that may leave scent or marks.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is evidence that these guidelines have not been followed.
