Eligibility & Conditions
- Once delivered, items are the responsibility of the customer and must be handled with care.
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 7 days in their original condition , unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
- When trying on garments, please ensure no perfume, deodorant, or products are used that may leave marks or scent.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
- For your protection, we recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
Return Process
- Submit your return request via email. Our Customer Care team will respond within 48–72 hours to confirm eligibility.
- If approved, a collection will be arranged through one of our trusted courier partners.
- Upon receipt, all items will undergo a quality inspection to ensure they meet our return standards.
Important Notes
- A two-way shipping fee (original delivery and return collection) will apply.
- This fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Once your return has been approved after inspection, refunds will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.
